1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or placing an order with IGNITE SMM, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Content
Important: IGNITE SMM services may not be used to promote pornography, adult content, terrorism, extremist material, hate speech, illegal activities, phishing, malware, or any content that violates applicable laws or the Terms of Service of social media platforms.
Accounts found violating this policy will be suspended or terminated without refund. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all platform rules and local regulations.
3. Refund Policy
Notice: Once funds are added to your IGNITE SMM account balance, they cannot be returned to the original payment method under any circumstances. All refunds are issued exclusively as panel balance credit.
- Refunds are provided for orders that fail to deliver or are canceled by IGNITE SMM before completion.
- Partial refunds may be issued for partially delivered services, calculated proportionally.
- Refunds are not available for services already delivered, or accounts terminated for policy violations.
- Disputed payments or chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.
4. Pricing and Rate Changes
Service rates may be updated at any time without prior notice. Orders placed are processed at the price displayed at checkout. These Terms remain in effect regardless of pricing adjustments.
5. Order Processing and Delivery
We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Most orders begin processing within 0–48 hours, but delays can occur due to platform changes, provider availability, or high demand. If an order shows no progress after 48 hours, we may cancel it and issue a refund to your account balance.
6. Service Substitution
If a selected service becomes unavailable or experiences significant quality issues, we may fulfill your order using a comparable or upgraded alternative at no additional cost. This ensures your order is completed without unnecessary delay.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Limitation of Liability
IGNITE SMM provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect issues such as social media account restrictions, content removal, or changes in platform algorithms. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
