This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled at IGNITE SMM. By using our services, you agree to the terms below. For questions, contact us at support@ignitesmm.com.

Important Notice

Notice: Once funds are added to your IGNITE SMM account balance, they cannot be returned to the original payment method under any circumstances. All refunds are issued exclusively as panel balance credit.

When Refunds Are Issued

  • Refunds are provided for orders that fail to deliver or are canceled by IGNITE SMM before completion.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially delivered services, calculated proportionally.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Services that have already been delivered as described.
  • Orders canceled by the user after processing has begun.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

Disputed Payments

Disputed payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent transaction claims may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution. If a dispute is resolved in your favor, any refund will be issued as panel balance credit only.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team with your order ID and a brief explanation. We review all requests and respond within 24–48 hours.
